12-06-2010 Borger Queen Beatrix attended the opening of the largest radiotelescoop in the world, LOFAR (Low Frequency Aray) in Borger-Odoorn.
The telescope for astronomical research consists of a network of 25,000 small antennas spread across 36 fields in northern Netherlands and some places in northern Europe.
